Walsh Door + Security in Des Moines is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our team. You will own the full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

As an ambassador in the community, you will attend career fairs, build partnerships, and help Walsh attract top talent for our protection-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Communications preferred.

term success. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting and
onboarding process, ensuring candidates have a positive experience from their first interaction with Walsh. You will

Job Description

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract, engage, and hire talented individuals who align with Walsh's values, culture, and business needs.
• Lead the full-cycle recruiting and onboarding process, creating a positive candidate experience while helping new team members understand our culture, mission, and impact on the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, identify key success factors, and select the right candidate for each opportunity.
• Develop and update job descriptions, source and attract qualified candidates through job postings, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and support hiring managers through all stages of the recruitment process.
• Build a strong understanding of current and future workforce needs and develop proactive talent acquisition strategies that support organizational growth and business objectives.
• Anticipate workforce trends and maintain talent pipelines to meet evolving hiring demands.
• Represent Walsh in the community through career fairs, networking events, school partnerships, and workforce development initiatives to promote career opportunities and strengthen our employer brand.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop recruiting campaigns, advertising, and social media content that attract talent and reflect the Walsh brand and values.
• Work closely with the HR Manager and business leaders to support recruiting initiatives and workforce planning efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Human Resources, administrative, recruiting, customer service, internship, or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, or benefits administration systems preferred.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing excellent internal customer service.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
