Job summary

Three Point Solutions seeks an HR Recruiter for a Food Manufacturing client in Atlanta, GA. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through offers, partnering with hiring managers to improve quality and build pipelines.

You will ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while supporting employer branding and candidate experience initiatives. The role requires strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills and 4+ years of recruiting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience with agency and corporate recruiting is desirable.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and improve hiring quality.
• Build candidate pipelines using networking, sourcing, and market intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and hiring standards.
• Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
• Track recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and talent market trends.
• Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders on hiring projects and workforce planning.
• Mentor recruiters and support recruiting process improvements.
• Handle complex recruiting activities independently with minimal supervision.
