Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with ATS and online recruitment databases (e.g., Indeed).
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-turnover production environment.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding and retention.
• Proficient with ATS and online databases to proactively search candidates.
• Resume searches and filtering to find qualified applicants.
• Represent Triumph Foods at career fairs and recruitment events.
• Travel to various recruitment site locations as needed.
• Pre-screen applicants and conduct follow-up to maintain interest.
• Present Employment Value Proposition and facilitate orientation.
• Maintain confidentiality of applicant information and HR records.
