Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in talent acquisition, strong sourcing skills for passive candidates, and familiarity with ATS/Workday. Hybrid work schedule with in-office collaboration required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience souring passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Construction or manufacturing recruitment experience is a plus.
• Degree required; equivalent education/experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units.
• Post job ads, screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and extend offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define selection criteria.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and drive campus recruitment events.
• Source passive candidates for niche roles.
• Track TA metrics and provide candidate/hiring team updates.
