Job summary

Weston & Sampson is seeking a motivated Corporate Recruiter to connect talented professionals with meaningful careers. This hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 from home) supports hiring across multiple disciplines and teams from our Reading, MA office.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and engage active and passive candidates through sourcing channels to build strong pipelines for current and future openings.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (AEC, engineering, or professional services preferred).
• Experience sourcing and recruiting technical, professional, or hard-to-fill roles.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), networking, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
• Source, identify, and engage active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Support targeted recruiting campaigns and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate recruiting activity, interview processes, feedback, and candidate communications.
• Provide guidance on recruiting steps, interview coordination, and candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Weston & Sampson with a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruiting activity and share updates to support hiring decisions.
