You will manage candidate sourcing, phone screens, interviews, offers, and onboarding while collaborating with hiring managers and HR. • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience with engineering/manufacturing recruiting.
• Ability to travel between Warren and Troy.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across the Waltonen Group and sites.
• Perform phone screens and reference checks.
• Create job descriptions and post on major sites (Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Coordinate interviews across locations and onboarding for new hires.
• Provide weekly recruiting updates to management and develop candidate pipelines.
