Waltonen Engineering is seeking an HR Recruiting Specialist to oversee full-cycle recruitment across the Waltonen Group, including engineering and manufacturing roles. The role includes handling candidate outreach, interviews, and onboarding while maintaining postings and an ATS (JazzHR).

The position offers a hybrid work schedule after 90 days and opportunities to contribute to talent strategy and employer branding across multiple divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of related recruiting experience.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience utilizing a common applicant tracking system.
• Engineering and/or manufacturing recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire candidate experience for Waltonen Group including Waltonen Engineering, Independence Tooling Solutions, and Geometric Solutions.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for all candidates.
• Make daily outbound calls to candidates for phone screens.
• Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews across locations based on availability.
• Oversee onboarding process and communicate benefits to new hires.
• Maintain and post job descriptions on various sites and manage the ATS (JazzHR).
• Provide weekly recruiting updates to upper management and insights on industry trends.
