Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience with a common applicant tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee candidate experience across Waltonen Group locations.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment and reference checks.
• Make daily outbound calls for phone screens.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews across locations.
• Oversee onboarding and new hire paperwork.
• Develop job descriptions based on business needs.
• Maintain job postings on Monster, Michigan Talent, LinkedIn, etc.
• Provide weekly recruiting updates to upper management.
