Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. in Anderson, SC seeks a Senior Corporate Recruiter on a full-time temporary/contract basis to lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.

The role partners with department heads to understand staffing needs and to develop sourcing strategies across the organization. The recruiter will prescreen candidates, schedule interviews, guide applicants through hiring, and manage related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of general recruiting experience.
• DESIRED: experience recruiting salaried Engineers (EE, ME specifically).
• Ability to work independently under general direction and guidance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to ascertain staffing needs.
• Utilize recruitment tools and strategies to identify and source qualified candidates.
• Prescreen all qualified applicants.
• Spearhead the organization and scheduling of interviews.
• Guide applicants through the hiring process.
• Various administrative duties (check requests, booking travel, creating job descriptions, position grading, expense reimbursement).
• Creation of recruitment material.
• Represent TTI at local and regional career fairs.
• Form creative solutions to staffing issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
