Job summary

Techtronic Industries in Anderson, SC is seeking a Sr. Corporate Recruiter on a full-time temporary/contract basis to support recruitment across the organization.

You will partner with department heads, source candidates, prescreen, schedule interviews and guide applicants through the hiring process. The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree or equivalent, 5+ years in recruiting (engineer experience a plus), can work independently, and is proficient with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of general recruiting experience.
• DESIRED: experience recruiting salaried Engineers (EE, ME specifically).
• Ability to work independently under general direction and guidance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products.
• Passion for a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Utilize recruitment tools and strategies to identify and source qualified candidates.
• Prescreen all qualified applicants.
• Spearhead the organization and scheduling of interviews.

• Coordinate new hire onboarding process.
• Various administrative duties (check requests, booking travel, creating job descriptions, position grading, expense reimbursement, etc...).
• Creation of recruitment material.
• Represent TTI at various local and regional career fairs.
• Form creative solutions to staffing issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc., has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for a Sr. Corporate Recruiter (ON A FULL-TIME TEMPORARY/CONTRACT BASIS) that will assist in the recruitment of various full-time, part-time, and temporary positions within the organization.
