Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. in Anderson, SC is actively seeking a Sr. Corporate Recruiter to support full-time temporary/contract staffing for diverse roles across the organization.

The role collaborates with department heads to determine staffing needs, sources and prescreens candidates, schedules and guides interviews, and coordinates onboarding. It requires expertise in recruiting engineers and a strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Five-plus years of general recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting salaried engineers (EE or ME).
• Ability to work independently under general direction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to ascertain staffing needs.
• Source qualified candidates using recruitment tools and strategies.
• Prescreen all qualified applicants.
• Spearhead interview scheduling and organization.
• Guide applicants through the hiring process.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires.
• Manage administrative duties related to recruitment.
• Create recruitment material.
• Represent TTI at local and regional career fairs.
• Develop creative staffing solutions.
