Qualifications

• A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Five-plus years of general recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting salaried engineers (EE or ME).
• Ability to work independently under general direction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Job Description: TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc., has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for a Sr. Corporate Recruiter (ON A FULL-TIME TEMPORARY/CONTRACT BASIS) that will assist in the recruitment of various full-time, part-time, and temporary positions within the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to ascertain staffing needs
• Utilize recruitment tools and strategies to identify and source qualified candidates
• Prescreen all qualified applicants
• Spearhead the organization and scheduling of interviews
• Guide applicants through the hiring process
• Coordinate new hire onboarding process
• Various administrative duties (check requests, booking travel, creating job descriptions, position grading, expense reimbursement, etc...).
• Creation of recruitment material
• Represent TTI at various local and regional career fairs
• Form creative solutions to staffing issues
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
• 5+ years of general recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting salaried Engineers (EE, ME specifically)
• Ability to work independently under general direction and guidance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products
• Passion for a career in Human Resources
