Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. in Anderson, SC is seeking a Sr. Corporate Recruiter on a full-time temporary/contract basis to support recruitment across multiple functions, including engineering and administrative roles.

You will partner with department heads, source candidates, coordinate interviews, guide applicants through the hiring process, and handle onboarding and other recruiting duties.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of general recruiting experience.
• DESIRED: experience recruiting salaried Engineers (EE, ME specifically).
• Ability to work independently under general direction and guidance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products.
• Passion for a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to ascertain staffing needs.
• Utilize recruitment tools and strategies to identify and source qualified candidates.
• Prescreen all qualified applicants.
• Spearhead the organization and scheduling of interviews.
• Guide applicants through the hiring process.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding process.
• Various administrative duties (check requests, booking travel, creating job descriptions, position grading, expense reimbursement, etc...).
• Creation of recruitment material.
• Represent TTI at various local and regional career fairs.
• Form creative solutions to staffing issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc., has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for a Sr. Corporate Recruiter (ON A FULL-TIME TEMPORARY/CONTRACT BASIS) that will assist in the recruitment of various full-time, part-time, and temporary positions within the organization.
