Qualifications

• Five years' corporate recruitment experience, including exempt roles.
• At least 3 years' experience with electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops extensive pools of highly qualified candidates to fill current and future needs.
• Works with hiring managers to ensure accurate understanding of job requirements and expectations.
• Assists with research on talent markets to determine supply vs demand and competitor intelligence.
• Builds applicant sources and implements recruiting strategies on digital platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
• Promotes a consistent company brand to candidates and applicants.
• Schedules and attends job fairs to generate qualified applicants.
• Sources and refers qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists for consideration.
