Job summary

The Central Texas Food Bank in Austin is seeking a Corporate Relations Manager to lead corporate moves, cultivate donors, and align strategies with executive leadership. You will manage a portfolio of corporate donors and collaborate across teams to maximize funding and partnerships.

You will build stewardship pieces, produce reports, and work with local businesses to secure sponsorships and workplace giving initiatives, strengthening CTFB's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of fundraising experience.
• Minimum 3 years in nonprofit fundraising securing corporate donations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Discretion and diplomacy in philanthropic matters.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a system that moves corporate partners through gift solicitation and stewardship cycles.
• Manage a personal portfolio of corporate donors while ensuring tasks are completed by others.
• Conduct research on regional companies and solicit new corporate partners.
• Lead solicitation, fulfillment and proof of performance for sponsorships and matching gifts.
• Collaborate with Volunteer Engagement and Events & Partnerships teams to identify prospects and engagement strategies.
• Work with Development Operations to manage donor data and generate strategic reports.
• Create collateral with Communications to steward contributions and support solicitations.
• Cultivate and manage donor relationships in the Northern Nine counties with the Waco Development Director.
• Oversee workplace giving and corporate matching strategy and results.
• Assist in donor cultivation events and capital campaigns.
