Job summary

The Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma is seeking a Development Manager to lead strategic fundraising and corporate partnerships that support our mission across Oklahoma City and beyond. You will manage a portfolio of ~50 corporate donors, coach a team of gift officers, and align giving programs with brand messaging while tracking progress with dashboards and data reporting.

• Collaborate with Marketing to align donor communications with branding.
• Develop and execute annual fundraising strategies with metrics.
• Coach and evaluate gift officers; oversee staff development.
• Create dashboards and reports to track fundraising progress.
