You will shape hiring plans, partner with practice leaders, provide market insights, manage a recruiting team, and strengthen relationships with search firms to ensure a responsive process for top talent across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years in legal recruitment, with ownership over lateral associate recruiting preferred.
• 2+ years leading or developing others, via management or project leadership.
• Experience using data and market information to identify trends and inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with practice, department, and office leaders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored lateral associate recruiting strategies.
• Lead lateral associate searches from strategy to interviews, offers, and successful hires.
• Manage and develop recruiting team members and coordinate with external search firms.
• Prepare recruiting statistics, market updates, and progress reports for leadership.
