Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in legal recruitment or professional services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing end-to-end processing of applications and candidate communications.
• Preparing and presenting marketing materials and reports for stakeholders.
• Managing relationships with search firms and external vendors.
• Supervising coordinators, assistants, and interns to support hiring.
• Developing recruitment budgets and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
