You will lead candidate communications, coordinate with search firms, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with employment laws. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in legal recruitment are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in legal recruitment or professional services.
• Experience overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate communications.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing end-to-end processing of applications and primary candidate contact.
• Preparing, analyzing, and presenting marketing materials and reports for stakeholders.
• Managing relationships with search firms and external vendors.
• Supervising coordinators, assistants, and interns to support hiring efforts.
• Developing and managing recruitment budgets and ensuring compliance with laws.
