Qualifications

• 7+ years of legal recruiting experience with lateral associate focus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute tailored lateral associate recruiting strategies for corporate practice groups in conjunction with leadership.
• Lead lateral associate searches from planning through interviews, offers, and placement.
• Serve as a strategic advisor by providing market intelligence, candidate insights, and hiring trends.
• Identify prospective lateral candidates via direct sourcing, attorney referrals, search firms, and other channels.
• Manage relationships with external search firms and vendors, including evaluating performance and negotiating fees.
• Develop recruiting team members, delegate workflow, perform evaluations, and prepare statistics for stakeholders.
