Latham & Watkins in New York is seeking an Associate Recruiting Senior Coordinator – Lateral Associates to support end-to-end recruitment for associate-level positions. You will partner with the Associate Recruiting Manager to develop strategies for lateral hiring and manage candidate communications.

The role requires strong organization, interpersonal skills, and experience with applicant tracking systems; you will supervise coordinators and manage recruiting budgets while representing the firm

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in legal recruitment or professional services.
• Proficiency in MS Office, applicant tracking systems, interview platforms, and other recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing end-to-end processing of applications and serving as primary candidate contact.
• Preparing, analyzing, and presenting marketing materials and reports for stakeholders; representing the firm at recruiting events.
• Managing relationships with search firms and external vendors.
• Supervising and training coordinators, assistants, and interns.
