Job summary

Resilient Structures is seeking a Corporate HR Generalist to join our Corporate Human Resources team in Humble, TX. You will manage the employee lifecycle, HR systems, benefits, compliance, and reporting while partnering with the Corporate HR Manager to drive scalable processes across our multi-site organization.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to navigate change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience.
• Broad knowledge across employee lifecycle, benefits, compliance, and HR operations.
• Self-starter with initiative and strong judgment.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving mindset.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in a multi-location or manufacturing environment; HRIS experience preferred.
• HR certification (SHRM/HRCI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, employee changes, and lifecycle activities across the organization.
• Manage HRIS data changes, documentation, and system updates with accuracy.
• Assist with policies, processes, and compliance initiatives company-wide.
• Support benefits, leave administration, and open enrollment activities.
• Partner with Corporate HR Manager on projects and reporting needs.
• Communicate effectively with employees and leaders to drive consistent HR practices.
