Job summary

Resilient Structures is seeking a Corporate HR Generalist to join our Corporate Human Resources team in Humble, TX. You will manage the employee lifecycle, HR systems, policies, benefits administration and compliance while partnering with leaders across the organization.

In this hands-on role, you will implement consistent HR processes, support open enrollment, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement in HR operations to enhance the employee experience and ensure regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as a Generalist or in Corporate HR.
• Broad knowledge across employee lifecycle, HRIS, benefits, leave administration, compliance, and HR operations.
• Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM, HRCI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle activities across the organization, including onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, leaves, and offboarding.
• Onboard new hires and coordinate pre-employment requirements and system updates.
• Coordinate HRIS processes, payroll, benefits, and IT updates with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with researching, drafting, and implementing company-wide HR policies and procedures.
• Support compliance initiatives, training, and maintain consistent HR processes across the organization.
• Partner with plant HR teams to share knowledge and best practices.
