Job summary

Flex is hiring a Corporate HR Generalist in Austin to partner with executives and HRBPs across functions. You will manage onboarding, employee relations, and compliance while supporting talent programs and workforce planning. The role emphasizes a high-performance culture, confidentiality, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will interact with leadership to administer PIPs, investigations, and policy implementation, ensuring consistent HR practices and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent HR field degree.
• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist/Operations experience.
• Experience supporting corporate functions or Executive Leadership teams.
• Experience handling employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and workforce actions.
• Experience supporting HR compliance, audits, and employment documentation.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for corporate employees.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
• Support executive onboarding, workspace readiness, and equipment provisioning.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends for leadership recommendations.
• Manage employee separations and documentation.
• Support workforce planning activities and headcount management.
• Assist managers with performance management and development planning.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations matters.
• Support investigations and corrective actions with appropriate documentation.
• Coordinate organizational changes and workforce actions with Legal and HR leadership.
• Ensure HR compliance, audits, and records accuracy across the organization.
• Partner with Facilities on workplace initiatives and events.
