YMCA of South Hampton Roads is seeking a Director of Corporate Giving & Partnerships to lead the strategy for cultivating corporate supporters, sponsorships, employee engagement, and cause-marketing opportunities. Reporting to the VP of Philanthropy, you’ll manage the full lifecycle from prospecting to renewal and expansion.

The role focuses on growing corporate philanthropy, building partnerships, and coordinating across departments to recognize commitments and maximize impact.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of progressive fundraising or corporate relations experience.
• Proven ability to secure philanthropic investments or sponsorships of $10,000+.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement an Association-wide corporate giving strategy.
• Cultivate, solicit, secure, and steward annual corporate investments and sponsorships.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate donors and foundations.
• Create customized proposals aligning corporate interests with YMCA priorities.
• Identify multi-year commitments and expand existing relationships.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure fulfillment and recognition.
