Job summary

Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking a Corporate and Foundation Relations Manager to lead the strategic corporate and private foundation giving program. Working with the Director of Development, you will oversee solicitations, collaborate with Services and Programs on proposals, and guide the Philanthropy team.

You will manage a portfolio of institutional donors, conduct prospect research, oversee grant reporting, and provide strategic leadership for grant projects.

Qualifications

• Experience securing corporate/foundation funding, including six-figure and multi-year commitments.
• Ability to cultivate donor relationships, solicit gifts, and secure philanthropic investments.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and staff-development skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication, including proposals and reports.
