Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising growth across the Denver metropolitan area.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue from major gifts, partnerships, and foundations.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift prospects and donors.
• Establish relationships with business leaders and community influencers.
• Represent Goodwill of Colorado at events and philanthropic gatherings.
• Create donor engagement strategies tying gifts to education and workforce programs.
• Monitor pipeline activity and fundraising performance using data-driven insight.
