Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to oversee internal and external scheduling, coordinating regulatory and operator training requirements. You will manage client training needs, confirmations, accounts, and documentation, acting as a key liaison with customers and regulatory agencies.

Ideal candidates have aviation knowledge, strong scheduling skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Aviation Management or 3 years related experience.
• Familiarity with aviation industry terminology and FAA/NAA prerequisites for courses.
• Proven ability to manage complex scheduling with accuracy and timeliness.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customers/clients and send confirmations.
• Coordinate training schedules and align with customer requirements.
• Verify training objectives meet regulatory standards.
• Serve as back-up for TSA tracking and export compliance checks.
• Collect pre-training documents and confirm attendance.
• Act as primary contact for assigned programs and stakeholders.
• Promote FlightSafety products and additional training opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific guidance and regulatory requirements.
• Organize resources and plan training events and instructor qualifications.
