Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Corporate Finance Advisory team within the Office of the CFO practice. You will guide engagements blending financial modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic advisory for a diverse client base across industries.

You will mentor teams, contribute to thought leadership, and help grow the practice through business development and cross-sell of firm capabilities. Strong FP&A tool experience and US GAAP knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field; MBA preferred but not required.
• 5–10+ years of experience in corporate finance, business advisory or related areas.
• CFA or CPA strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple engagements under tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with FP&A tools like Power BI, Tableau, EPM.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements involving financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning to drive enterprise value.
• Advise CFOs and C-suite on project finance, M&A, valuation, and corporate transactions.
• Develop and propose advanced financial tools and reporting; ensure alignment with objectives.
• Mentor engagement teams and foster a high-performance culture.
• Drive business development including scoping, proposals, and relationship management.
