Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Consultant in Corporate Finance Advisory within the Office of the CFO practice. You will contribute to financial modeling, reporting, and strategic guidance tailored to client goals.

You will build and analyze budgets, forecasts, and dashboards, support M&A work, and deliver insights that drive client value across industries. This is a growth-focused role in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, or business advisory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; ability to create reports and presentations.
• Familiarity with US GAAP.
• CFA designation, or similar credential (e.g., CPA, CMA, MBA-Finance), is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI or other FP&A tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support complex financial analysis and modeling engagements, including forecasting and evaluation of financing options.
• Develop forward-looking budgets, rolling forecasts, and performance dashboards.
• Compile and analyze financial data to identify performance trends and inform decisions.
• Conduct research and due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables and participate in virtual meetings with high-quality service.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and scenarios.
• Collaborate with team members to improve tools, processes, and client solutions.
