Job summary

Baker Tilly, Frisco, TX, is seeking a Senior Manager for the Corporate Finance Advisory team within the Office of the CFO. You will lead engagements spanning financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic advisory for a diverse client base, from pre-revenue startups to multinational corporations.

You will mentor teams, drive business development, and contribute to thought leadership while leveraging Power BI and other FP&A tools to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance or advisory.
• CFA, CPA, or similar credential preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple engagements.
• Strong business development, proposal writing, and client presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with FP&A tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with US GAAP.
• Ability to travel <25% annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements involving financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Advise CFOs and senior leaders on project finance, M&A, valuation, and corporate transactions.
• Recommend advanced financial tools and reporting frameworks.
