Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Manager for its Corporate Finance Advisory team within the Office of the CFO. You will lead engagements focused on financial modeling, scenario planning, and strategic advisory for a diverse client base from startups to multinational corporations.

You’ll advise on project finance, M&A, and valuation, mentor teams, and contribute to business development and thought leadership. Expect travel < 25% and a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• MBA or CFA/CPA preferred but not required.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; FP&A tools experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements with financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Advise CFOs and senior executives on project finance, M&A, valuation, and corporate transactions.
• Develop rolling forecasts, dashboards, and investor reporting frameworks.
• Contribute to thought leadership, mentoring, and growth of the Corporate Finance Advisory practice.
• Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Ensure profitability and quality across engagements through strong project management.
• Drive business development, including scoping, proposals, and relationship-building.
• Manage and develop engagement teams in a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Support cross-sell of firm capabilities to expand client portfolios.
