Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP seeks a Senior Manager for its fast-growing Corporate Finance Advisory team within the Office of the CFO practice. You will lead high‑impact engagements combining financial modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic advisory to diverse clients from startups to large corporates.

You will advise senior client stakeholders on project finance, M&A, and valuation while shaping growth through thought leadership, business development, and mentoring of teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics; MBA preferred but not required.
• 5‑10+ years in corporate finance or business advisory with a track record of leading complex engagements and managing client relationships.
• CFA, CPA, or similar credential strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple engagements, and deliver high‑quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
• Strong business development acumen, with experience in proposal writing, client presentations, and relationship management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; FP&A tools (Power BI, Tableau, EPM) preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with US GAAP.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic client engagements involving financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Serve as a senior advisor to CFOs and other C‑suite leaders, providing insights on project finance, M&A, valuation, and corporate transactions.
• Recommend advanced financial tools and reporting including rolling forecasts, performance dashboards, and investor reporting frameworks.
• Bring unique skills to the team, such as coding, Power BI, or other FP&A tools, to enhance client solutions.
• Drive business development efforts, including scoping, proposal development, and relationship-building.
• Manage and mentor engagement teams, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, high‑performance culture.
• Contribute to thought leadership and innovation within Corporate Finance Advisory, bringing new methodologies.
• Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
