Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5-10+ years of corporate finance or business advisory experience.
• CFA or CPA strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple engagements.
• Strong business development and client management skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; FP&A tools experience preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements involving financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Serve as senior advisor to CFOs and C-suite on project finance, M&A, valuation, and transactions.
• Recommend advanced financial tools and reporting including rolling forecasts and dashboards.
• Bring value-added skills such as Power BI to enhance client solutions.
• Drive business development, including scope, proposals, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage and mentor engagement teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Contribute to thought leadership and innovation within Corporate Finance Advisory.
• Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure quality and profitability through project management and risk mitigation.
