Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Manager in Corporate Finance Advisory within the Office of the CFO practice. You will lead engagements, develop models, and advise senior clients on finance strategy across industries.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory, business development, and mentoring of teams to grow the practice, with opportunities to shape methodologies and toolsets across client engagements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5-10+ years of experience in corporate finance or business advisory.
• CFA, CPA, or similar credential strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple engagements.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; FP&A tools experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead strategic client engagements involving financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Serve as a senior advisor to CFOs, providing insights on project finance, M&A, valuation, and corporate transactions.
• Recommend advanced financial tools and reporting including rolling forecasts, dashboards, and investor reporting frameworks.
• Bring value-added skills such as coding or FP&A tooling to enhance client solutions.
• Drive business development, scoping, proposals, and cross-sell efforts.
• Mentor engagement teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Contribute to thought leadership and cross-service-line collaboration to expand impact.
• Ensure quality and profitability through strong project management and risk mitigation.
