Job summary

Harris House Events LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive planning and execution of corporate events from inception to on-site delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, timelines and stakeholder expectations, and ensure a superior client experience across remote and on-site settings. The role emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience managing corporate events or related client-facing programs.
• Strong project management with timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with clients, colleagues and partners.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with ownership and accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple events with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree; PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute corporate events from concept through completion.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, deliverables and critical paths.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align execution plans and client goals.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, venues and external partners.
• Manage day-to-day client communications and track decisions.
• Monitor budgets, expenses and scope changes and communicate risks.
• Support site visits and onsite event execution for a seamless client experience.
• Maintain organized project documentation using established tools and standards.
• Contribute to team collaboration and continuous improvement through problem-solving.
