Job summary

Harris is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to provide leadership to a PM team, oversee scope, scheduling, budgeting and project financials, and develop client relationships that lead to future sales.

You will champion safety, manage preconstruction activities, coach and mentor staff, plan workforce needs, and drive strategic initiatives, process improvements and successful project deliveries across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction project management experience.
• 15+ years of strong understanding of mechanical systems.
• 15+ years of ability to read and comprehend construction documents.
• 15+ years of knowledge in business administration, financials, customer relations and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level project oversight and leadership to the project management team.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets and monthly reviews.
• Develop and maintain key client relationships to drive future sales.
• Oversee safety compliance and foster a culture of safety on sites.
• Plan workforce needs and recruit to build an effective project team.
