Job summary

The CE Group in San Antonio is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead corporate events from planning to on-site execution. The role requires 4–6 years of experience, with an emphasis on managing junior staff and vendors and coordinating budgets.

You will partner with the Event Director, manage internal processes, and occasionally travel regionally to events and conferences. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience managing corporate events.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and vendors.

• Ability to manage onsite event execution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow resources and relationships by attending events and industry associations.
• Report project status to the Event Director.
• Oversee planning, design, budget, vendor management, and onsite execution.
• Provide internal support to Senior Project Manager to ensure client success.
• Periodic regional travel is required.
• Lead internal trainings and mentor coordinators as needed.
• Contribute ideas to improve team processes and workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
