THE-TEAM is seeking an experienced Event Associate Director to lead and oversee strategic events from concept through completion. You will drive hospitality strategy, manage a senior client account, and ensure high-touch execution for premium events and brand experiences.

You will supervise direct reports, coordinate with vendors, and craft client-ready materials while maintaining timelines and budgets to exceed expectations. A strong background in corporate events is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple direct reports.
• Proven experience as an event planner or organizer in high-end hosting.
• Impressive portfolio of previously managed events.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service, time management and communication skills.
• Negotiation experience and ability to build vendor relationships.
• Strong initiative and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and event software.
