Responsibilities

• Evaluate real estate development strategies and capex forecasts.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support decisions.
• Coordinate investment approvals and capital allocation.
• Prepare investment proposals for executives.
• Analyze site performance and asset management strategies.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses for M&A, strategy, and business development.
