Qualifications

• 2+ years of business experience in Investment Banking/Top-tier Management consulting/Corporate Finance/Corporate Development at a leading technology company.
• Proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling, including three-statement modeling, DCF analysis, and scenario/sensitivity analysis.
• Demonstrated experience building and analyzing financial models to support investment or strategic decision-making.
• Familiarity with capital markets, financing structures, and alternative sources of capital is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists in evaluation of real strategy for each metro and supports capex forecasts on planned development.
• Builds and maintains complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinates investment approval process and capex prioritization.
• Assists with creation of investment proposals to executive management.
• Monitors capital markets trends and alternative sources of capital to inform discussions.
