Job summary

North American Management, LLC seeks a Corporate Attorney to provide dedicated legal support across its client portfolio. You will advise executive leadership on contracts, governance, risk, and strategic initiatives, partnering with operational leaders to solve complex business challenges.

The role welcomes attorneys from law firm corporate practice or in-house backgrounds who want deeper business collaboration and broader operational impact within a hybrid, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate law experience.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience with governance documents and entity management.
• Ability to advise executives on risk and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements (vendor, professional services, NDAs, construction/real estate).
• Support corporate governance matters and maintain entity records and board documentation.
• Provide business-focused legal guidance on initiatives, policies, and transactions.
• Support due diligence for acquisitions, mergers, restructures, or partnerships; coordinate with external counsel.
