Province Firm is looking for a Corporate Counsel to provide legal support across various operational and regulatory matters. This role is based in Henderson, Nevada, requiring on-site presence five days a week.

The ideal candidate must hold a Juris Doctor degree, have 4–6 years of relevant experience, and be proficient with Microsoft 365 and legal technology platforms. Candidates should demonstrate effective communication and the ability to navigate complex legal issues.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal role.
• Demonstrated experience with contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Experience advising on a wide range of legal issues in complex organizations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted legal advisor to senior leadership on corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Support corporate governance activities and manage litigation.
