Proven Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead global consolidation, drive accounting controls, and scale finance operations for a PE-backed manufacturing company. This hands-on leader will build scalable processes and partner with leadership to support growth across entities worldwide.

The role reports to the CFO and requires strong GAAP knowledge, multi-entity experience, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing and financial consolidation.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, consolidation, and cost accounting.
• Experience leading multi-entity or international accounting operations.
• Hands-on, proactive with ability to build structure from ground up.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead global consolidation and financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Strengthen accounting controls, balance sheet integrity, policy compliance.
• Implement cost accounting and standard costing practices.
• Manage cash flow and treasury operations.
• Oversee tax, audit, and lender compliance for private equity stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership to build scalable systems, processes, and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across finance functions.
