• Experience leading accounting, controllership and finance teams in complex environments.
• Experience overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, internal controls and audits.
• Experience developing leaders and building capability through coaching and accountability.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to support strategic decision-making.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives in accounting or finance using tech/data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting organization with clear accountability.
• Oversee integrity of financial reporting, internal controls, audits and risk management.
• Partner with business and manufacturing leaders to translate priorities into capabilities.
• Drive disciplined execution across reporting, controls, audits, compliance, and initiatives.
• Champion transformation through simplification, standardization, automation, data, analytics and AI.
• Communicate complex accounting matters to senior leaders with clear recommendations.
