Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA certification required.
• Proven Controller experience with strong GAAP knowledge and ERP proficiency.
• Experience with Intacct; AI utilization and Big 4 background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and own the monthly close process.
• Oversee reconciliations, government reporting compliance, and manage external audits.
• Mentor a team of 7, manage AP, AR, payroll, and maintain internal controls.
