The role reports to the CFO and drives continuous improvement across multi-entity, multi-currency environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and governance, with a track record of mature leadership in a global setting and strong collaboration with senior

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of leadership in a large global financial services organization.
• Bachelor’s in accounting or related field; CPA required.
• Experience with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting; public accounting experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead global controllership and accounting operations across multiple regions.
• Oversee external reporting (Forms 10-K/10-Q/8-K) and critical accounting estimates.
• Direct technical accounting, revenue recognition (ASC 606/CECL) and tax functions.
• Drive governance, internal controls and audit liaison; partner with Audit Committee.
• Lead finance transformation, process automation and system enhancements.
• Manage and develop a multi-location accounting team; recruit and retain talent.
