The role aims to strengthen trust in financial results, build capability, and reinforce a robust control environment while guiding long-term value creation through sound stewardship.

The successful candidate will bring broad accounting and leadership experience, partner with senior leaders, and drive transformation through technology, data, and disciplined execution

Qualifications

• Experience leading accounting, controllership, or finance in a complex business.
• Experience overseeing financial reporting, internal controls, and audits.
• Experience developing leaders and building organizational capability.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to support strategic decision-making.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives in accounting or finance.
• Experience leveraging analytics or AI to improve finance outcomes.

• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting organization with clear accountability.
• Ensure integrity of financial reporting and effective internal controls and audits.
• Partner with leaders to translate priorities into capability roadmaps for decisions.
