Job summary

Resource Management Group is assisting a private equity-backed, high-growth services company in Atlanta in its search for a VP Corporate Controller. This highly visible role will report to the CFO and lead critical accounting functions, including close, internal controls, and external financial reporting.

You will build a controllership team, consolidate unit financial statements, coordinate internal and board reporting, and serve as the primary interface with external auditors while driving

Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years of relevant management and accounting experience.
• Big 4 public accounting and corporate experience preferred.
• CPA, chartered accountant or equivalent.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge.
• Experience building and leading global teams.
• Strong analytical and technical accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close and financial reporting.
• Build and manage a controllership team and prepare unit financial statements.
• Coordinate internal and board reporting; ensure accurate external reporting.
• Interface with external auditors; manage audit scope and fees.
• Provide reports and presentations on financial performance to leadership.
