Zusammenfassung

Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco seeks a Corporate and Community Partnerships Manager to steward and grow relationships with corporate and foundation funders across San Francisco, San Mateo, and Marin counties. You will lead fundraising campaigns, cultivate donors, and expand partnerships to support affordable homeownership.

In this role you will manage grants, write proposals, oversee CRM data in Salesforce, and collaborate with Construction and Volunteer Services to align mission

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years fund development, fundraising experience, or related for-profit sales and/or account management experience.

Aufgaben

• Portfolio Management and Volunteer Engagement: manage a portfolio of corporate, foundation, and institutional donors; develop cultivation and stewardship strategies.
• Establish and meet annual donor contact goals with face-to-face engagement at build sites and events, plus calls and emails.
• Execute corporate partnerships to drive revenue, renewals, and year-over-year growth.
• Support volunteer activities with corporate groups, coordinating events and sponsor deliverables.
• Secure sponsorships for affinity group builds and oversee event coordination and volunteer scheduling.
• Collaborate across departments to create mission-aligned volunteer activities and improve engagement.
• Deliver engaging presentations about Habitat’s mission and impact for donors and volunteers.
• Co-lead collaboration with Habitat International and other affiliates.
• Participate in fund development events and organization-wide activities.
• Prospecting and Outreach: research new corporate and foundation funders; qualify prospects; build pipeline.
• Grant Writing and Material Creation: manage grant proposals and reporting; write donor communications and sponsorship materials.
• Donor Database Management and Administration: maintain Salesforce data, improve forecasting and reporting, coordinate communications.
